1999年，山鼎設(shè)計(jì)（Cendes Design Studio）成立于新加坡。次年，在成都建立了在中國的第一個辦公室。 2005年，山鼎設(shè)計(jì)獲得了中國建設(shè)部批準(zhǔn)的建筑甲級設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)，成為了為數(shù)不多的能在中國開展全程設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)的“海歸”設(shè)計(jì)公司。
隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，山鼎設(shè)計(jì)于2015年12月23日登陸深圳證券交易所創(chuàng)業(yè)板，成為A 股上市的民營建筑設(shè)計(jì)公司。“山鼎設(shè)計(jì)”作為公司名下的設(shè)計(jì)品牌，已然在建筑設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的影響力。

Cendes Design Studio was founded in Singapore in 1999. The following year, it opened its first office in Chengdu, China.
